There is no return onces the product is been delivered to the respective address.

2. Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized packaging products are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or unboxing videos for verification.

After inspecting the returned item damaged or incorrect items we shall provide delivered you the replacement within 6 to 8 business days

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method or directly to your bank account, as per your preference. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
